Equipment Control

Job Summary :

  • Responsible for equipment container movement and stock
  • Responsible for release order
  • Handling free-used, empty repo, on/off-hire
  • Has to go through daily updating for equipment movement and release order
  • Release order timely and FIFO
  • Close working coordination with MnR, traffic, stacking
  • Communication with HO and shipping liner
  • Comply with Group policy
  • Making report regularly as required
  • Any other assignments as and when assigned by direct superior 

Requirement EQP :

  1. Min. 2 years working experience at Depot container
  2. Bachelor Degree in Sea Transportation Management preferably Logistics Management equivalent qualified in handling equipment and container movemenT.
  3. English Fluency in communication and correspondence
  4. Knowledge of handling container, depot and terminal also strength in shipping knowledge
  5. Proficient in system and computer literacy.
  6. Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems.
  7. Attained to detail and analytical mind.
  8. Possess strong leadership skill


Job Summary :

  • Monitor and coordinate all activities of M&R Depo
  • Input the container damage data into the depot system and upload the photo
  • Monitor and coordinate container repair activities
  • Accompany the shipping company when conducting a survey of damaged containers
  • Create billing repair
  • Make a completed repair report and upload an ex repair photo
  • Calculate repair costs for each damage container
  • Provide the correct container survey training / training to the depo surveyors
  • Coordinate and monitor survey officers in / out and washing
  • Make monthly report of handling and repair
  • Must have experience as a Repair Container Estimator

Requirement MNR:

  1. Bachelor all major
  2. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
  3. Have IICL Certificate
  4. English Fluency in communication and correspondence
  5. Min. 2 years working experience at Depot container
